Speak of Mathematics and chill runs down through your spine. And same is the story when it comes time to teach mathematics to our children. And you as a parent / tutor are not at fault. Today's schooling system teaches a very ineffective method of learning math, rote memorization of times tables. We all wish our children could perform calculations quickly. And we all know the only way quick calculations are done if performed mentally. And once again we think of rote memorizing tables. Well, that is not the case anymore. Our Brain have limited capacity for processing info. How we can stretch these limits with mental exercise? Benefit of abacus education is clear. But, more than that, I think it's wonderful benefit on the brain. Let's simplicity compared to a PC. Brain is the hard drive. Hard drive has a lot of software installed. Memory is used by a lot of work is slower. Possible methods at that time, ? use the soft light as possible. ? more memory space and delete data no longer needed. SOROBAN is soft light and fast operation. You do it very efficient.It is also excellent software will even defragment in your head.When all activity for the brain, there should be a refreshing feeling. Some people should become a peaceful mood. Such SOROBAN is more than just educational counting tool, stroke rehabilitation, prevention of dementia, LD children's education, has contributed much to everyone. |

ANZAN is mental calculation with SOROBAN method in Japanese. Generally people do calculate with memoraization, it means they use left brain. In other hand SROBAN ANZAN use mental SOROBAN. That mean transform every numbers into abacus beads in mind and move it. It needs imagination and concentration. That is right brain power.  |
